Meet Mitchell Caplan, Founder

Mitchell brings diverse experience to his work at Agency Appraisal. He spent time on the agency side, as CMO at Y&R and McCann, and served as an agency management consultant at KPMG and Flock Associates.

Most recently, he’s collaborated with marketers from the world’s leading brands and their agency partners to provide them with data and analysis that helps improve their working relationships.

Mitchell assists in enhancing client-agency relationships, optimizing return on investment, and achieving impactful outcomes. His approach combines qualitative and quantitative data, resulting in 360° actionable feedback.

He presents his findings and recommendations transparently and honestly, guiding essential actions for both the agency and the client.
